Barbara McIntosh has been practising in the Okanagan Valley as a certified reflexologist since 2004, after relocating from Vancouver. She became interested in this healing art many years ago after realizing how profound, and yet non-invasive this type of treatment was for the body. It set in motion a journey of study in the complementary healing arts that not only affect the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual aspects of the human body.
More and more people are experiencing therapeutic reflexology from certified practitioners. Beyond the benefits of relaxation and a restored sense of well-being, many say reflexology brings restored balance into their lives.
